STRETCH COPY AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM
Thanks to this system, it is constantly monitored whether the strech is broken during the winding. And your bale is not thrown to the ground without strech wrapping. If it breaks in two streches, a warning will be displayed on the panel display and the winding arm will be automatically placed in the appropriate position. If there is a break in a single strech, the break will automatically double the number of laps remaining from the moment of occurrence and make a full winding with a single strech.
Except for Europe, this system does not have any winding on other machines.
HYDRAULIC BAND TENSION SYSTEM
Thanks to this system, the tension of the bands in the pressing chamber can be adjusted hydraulically, it is of great importance for tight wrapping of the material and can be easily adjusted for product changes.
Spring tensioning is used in other systems, which makes it fast to creep and rupture and cannot be adjusted according to the product.
ELECTRONIC NETWORK BRAKE
Thanks to this system, we can adjust the winding stiffness of the File & Bag without changing any mechanical settings by changing the value on the panel, but the main thing is not to make adjustments on the screen, it is possible to make thousands of bales and adjust easily without changing the setting we do.
In other machines, mechanically adjustable brakes are used, braking is done with a mechanical pressure, which is contacted to a pad, which requires an adjustment in almost 20-30 bales since every mesh is wound due to friction.
SENSOR-FREE BALE CARRIER WAGON CONTROL
Thanks to this system, there is no sensor on the movement path of the wagon and the position of the wagon is notified to the system in mm precision even when there is no electricity in the machine. In this way, the slowing position is very low in movements, that is, the car goes fast until it is 10 CM to its destination, then it slows down for a short distance and stops in its full position, which provides a nice time saving. Other machines have 4 sensors placed on the walking path of the wagon, including Europe. Since these sensors are on the walking path of the wagon, the material is constantly poured on it, it breaks or loosens, because it does not know that it is approaching the position it will go to, either it makes a sudden stop in the position, the goods are poured from the edges of the bale in the wagon or it is forced to run slowly because it is not desired to pour the goods.
MOBILE WALKING AND WHEEL SYSTEM
There are 4 walking wheels and 18 tons of double axle and scissor. Brake control is done from inside the vehicle with the hydraulic brake hose connected to the back of the tractor.
The cradle system is used in other machines and is not suitable for use in the field.
STRETCH WRAPPING SAFETY HANDLE
Thanks to this system, if there is any contact with the rotating winding arm, the winding arm stops automatically.
NICKLE & BAG COLLECTION AND OPENING SYSTEM
This system is generally used before wrapping the net or bag before the product is stretched. When the product first starts wrapping, the net or bag goes together and it is gathered and cut after the wrapping ends, making the wrapping process more stable and error-free. On other machines, this system is sold as an option.
AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Thanks to this system, the bearings and the chain system can be lubricated manually or automatically in the pressing room. The system calculates the working time of the room and automatically lubricates in the interval and time you give. It is sold as an option on other machines.
SENSORLESS PRESSING ROOM COVER CONTROL
Thanks to this system, the press cap position is notified to the system in mm precision even when there is no electricity. In this way, the press works precisely as if hundreds of sensors are mounted on the cap. At which position, at what speed and pressure it is desired, it reaches that value. Other machines have two or three sensors on the press cover, including Europe, these sensors are screw-connected and loosen, break and cause problems depending on the connection points.
HAND PUMP FEATURE FOR BALANCE LEGS
The outriggers can be moved manually with the hand pump when there is no electricity on the machine. This provides great convenience in vehicle overlay lowering and tow arrow connections. Other machines except Europe do not have this system.
FLOW AND PRESSURE PROPORTIONAL CONTROLLED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

TWO-STAGE FULLY LEVEL DETECTION

SENSOR-FREE STRECH SHEAR CONTROL
Thanks to this system, strech scissors are controlled by pressure control. The advantage of this is that it does not require any mechanical adjustment and it adjusts its limits, which makes the machine work very stable. In other machines, two sensors are used, which see both open and closed, in the scissor system, these sensors are on the mechanical arrangement there, and they cause loosening, distortion and adjustment problems due to screw compression.
SUB-SCRAPER BAND SYSTEM
Thanks to this system, chains and pallets are not used in the conveyor belt, which is located right under the chassis, so that the bottom part is completely closed, it does not pour material under the machine. It works quietly. Maintenance cost is 50% cheaper than chain pallet system. Thanks to the software we make, 4 different options can be provided in automatic operation. Continuous forward – backward continuous – pause backward – completely stopping. In addition, the speed control depends on the motor, the operating speed can be adjusted via the panel. Other machines, including Europe, use a pallet and pallet system, maintenance costs are loud and pluggable, and there is only one option in automatic operation.
SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM
There is a total of 60 kW engine on the machine. In 50 kw part of this, 6 speed control devices of Mitsubishi brand have been used. In this way, the speed settings of all parts except the rear distributor spiral can be made on the panel. (Including the pressing chamber.) Again, this provides significant energy savings.
In other machines, 2 speed controllers are used, which does not allow speed adjustment in most parts and energy consumption is higher.
